This game has become one of my favorite games in the past few months.I dont know what caused this shift from Console TPS to AOM , But I am glad I made this shift. So what was so special about this match? Why am I raving about ONE match?I have played countless matches online and offline, but this one was totally different. 2 of my friends along with me, took on a team of TWO TITAN opponents.No tricks no rushes. Only a straight 3 vs 2 in Titan difficulty and man, did we have a rocking time! I never did any team work in any game. Not even Warcraft 2 vs 2. It just goes as we pick on an opponent and end the game almost separately.After playing this game we came to really appreciate what teamwork was all about.The teams were:
TEAM 1: haXXor(Deepak) :Zeus Gravito(Ayush) :Isis PharaohSlayer(Siddhant): Loki
TEAM 2: Titan opponent(Zeus) Titan opponent(Set)
Although I am usually an extremely aggressive rusher, I decided to make a navy and thats where the real game started when the bitch Set rushed me with 5 Heavy elephants and about 10 slingers when I was in classical. I had 4 Ulsfark in my base. Smart huh? Now you would think i would be worrying, of getting disturbed by this...but you are wrong. Because I COMPLETELY FREAKED OUT and was going to resign but some encouraging words and a minotaur fom Deepak changed things quickly....NOT! Because the bitch Zeus and Bitch Set (Bitch=Titan) had planned to pick on me as the B%@*! Titans opened a passage into my base and then cast a meteor. If you think this is funn, you can shove a Relic up your ass! It was due to Deepak and Ayush help that I was able to SURVIVE this hellish wave and finally wall up my base but alas, my nave,dock, temple,town centre was dead. Some tributes later I was back on all engines firing. The most amazing thing was that Ayush was on an econom Boom as he was the most protected.Hence he went to mythic first and gathered his army to assault. But we advised him to save it for later and destroy the M*th*r F()ck!nG Underworld passage instead.I saw an entire battalion moving THROUGH Deepaks base to get to Ayush but the greek cleverly intercepted the rush...read:Hydra + Hydra + Hydra +Shitloads of Toxotes ownZ j()() f()()! Hats off fo ayush who finally took down the passage and allowed me to make my second TC. Now the time had come to play them back. I went Mythic the last but the goddess Hel has her own insane powers.Firstly the Nidhogg kills unit by 10s. Combined with Ayush Phoenix we STOPPED the Set army to come to my base.Deepak had by that time conquered the sea. An extremely good strategy was to occupy the central island and get a fort going. now I assembled 40 Giants:D and all 3 of us assaulted the base from ALL direction. An epic battle lasted for abot 30 minutes in THAT very base. Reinforcement after Reinforcement, but the bloody midgols were strong. So I had to switch to Fire giants. After owning the Egyptian base we headed for Greeks.Ayush's Rock drops were critical as he assaulted critical spots in the base. Now for the Zeus team....I have a question. What do you do when you find several 5 headed Hydras and 97 Champion Toxote, 40 Elephants and 5 Phoenix and 60 Giants and a Nighogg in your base? YOU GET OWNED THATS WHAT. Now thats how the game ended.Truly a classic game for us...now if we can only get that recorded game from the webworld.!
